Drawing from a vast source of quality photos, prints and postcards and using our knowledge of the geographical area and experience in the printing field, we bring history alive for your enjoyment.

The process begins when each picture is scanned to find the size and special areas of importance. These pictures are then saved to a computer for individual attention. Each one is looked at in terms of its historical value, artistic merit and areas of special interest.

We have many happy clients who enjoy collecting our pictures of local villages, towns, shops, composites, and assorted public places of interest. We also offer vintage holiday and greeting cards; New Years, Valentines Day, Christmas and many other special occasions.

When these pictures are chosen for production, each one is printed using special ‘UV’ ink on either “Epson Photo Luster Paper” or ‘Kodak Photo Paper’. After these pictures are dry they are, in turn, laminated on special select grade laminate. The laminating process brings out and highlights the important features of each picture and protects the finished product.

Each picture is then matted into acid free ‘Autumn Mist’ mat board. It is our experience that this color brings out the vintage quality of the prints. When double matted the second color is chosen to enhance the picture. The mat board opening is then purposely cut to size that will best show off the finest attributes of that picture.

Pictures are either put into frames, or encased in acid free plastic sleeves.

The 8 x 10 pictures and 16 x 20 composite pictures are all single matted.

The 16 x 20 single pictures are double matted.
